The "Plavi Horizonti" mixed-use resort in Tivat, Montenegro, demanded our expertise in the detailed design of a sophisticated outer network encompassing landscape, roads, and infrastructure. Our scope included comprehensive water supply systems (potable, firefighting, irrigation), sewerage systems (wastewater, stormwater, groundwater), and plumbing/building services meticulously tailored for nine residential villas and three ancillary buildings—all in adherence to rigorous Four Seasons compliance standards.

Overcoming challenges posed by the plot and building disposition, as well as nuanced nivelation requirements, we successfully synchronized installations. This involved precise coordination not only between water supply and sewerage but also with other complex installations throughout the resort. Our accomplishment lies in navigating these complexities while upholding stringent technical and aesthetic standards, ensuring a seamless and high-quality project delivery.
