Subotica-Horgoš Section of the Subotica-Hungary Border Railway Line

As integral contributors to the expansive design team for the Subotica-Hungary Border Railway Line, specifically the : Subotica-Horgoš section, our primary responsibility involved providing building permit and construction design for stormwater and groundwater drainage systems at the Horgoš, and Palić railway stations, as well as the disassembly, relocation, and reconstruction of existing water supply pipeline mains.

The challenges confronted were multidimensional, involving high groundwater levels, a paucity or complete absence of available recipient infrastructure, and intricate layouts of both structures and the railway alignment. Our role necessitated the formulation of efficient solutions for the discharge of stormwater and groundwater, meticulously implemented through strategically engineered outfall structures, as well as designing the reconstructed water supply in accordance with the railway disposition, with the appropriate valve and junction chambers for it’s functionality.

This project serves as a testament to our advanced proficiency in addressing intricate hydraulic challenges inherent in railway infrastructure. We hope it showcases our unwavering commitment to delivering solutions that are both technically precise and innovative, particularly in the domain of stormwater and groundwater drainage for railway stations.
