In our engagement, we undertook the preliminary and detailed design of plumbing services for the transformation of a historic 19th-century building in downtown Belgrade into a modern office space. Our focus encompassed stormwater and wastewater drainage, alongside potable and firefighting water supply systems.

A unique challenge emerged as the building fell under the oversight of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia. In addition to adhering to local and international hydraulic standards, we navigated the rigorous conditions and requests set forth by this esteemed institution. This project exemplifies our adeptness in harmonizing cutting-edge hydraulic engineering with preservation requirements for culturally significant structures.
