In our involvement with the Office Building in Vrčin, within the Belgrade metropolitan area, we undertook the comprehensive task of providing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for both the building plumbing services and outer water supply and sewerage network. Our expertise in plumbing services, mirroring the caliber showcased in previous projects, played a pivotal role in ensuring optimal water supply (potable and firefighting) and sewerage (sanitary wastewater) systems within the building.

For the outer network, we faced distinctive challenges and devised innovative solutions. In addressing wastewater drainage, the absence of adequate infrastructure led us to implement a Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) system. To tackle stormwater drainage challenges, we engineered a solution involving discharge through an outfall structure into a nearby canal. These bespoke approaches not only overcame challenges but also demonstrated our commitment to adaptive and advanced hydraulic engineering solutions tailored to each project's unique demands.
