In our venture into foreign markets, particularly Germany, we undertook a significant project involving plumbing services for the development of new office spaces in Mannheim. Spanning a vast 17.5 hectares, the site's former turbine factory underwent revitalization, transforming into a modern office space with commercial buildings.

Our scope of work included meticulous plumbing design and modeling, addressing water supply (potable and firefighting) and sewerage (sanitary wastewater and stormwater drainage). The challenge lay in aligning our work with local (German) standards and meeting the client's project requirements. Functionality was a key consideration for the office spaces, a large central kitchen, and an expansive underground garage/parking space.

An intriguing aspect of the construction involved the replacement of soil for the foundation, and the implementation of a substantial concrete retention basin with a pumping station for stormwater management—a testament to our commitment to cutting-edge hydraulic engineering solutions.
